discuss the process of how to get there.
PM&A does not sell hardware and software; therefore, we
will never try to sell a specific hardware or software
solution to your organization. We let your business
strategy, vision, and goals drive the solution. Often,
new technology is not the answer, using existing
technology more effectively may be the best solution.
Our Approach
PM&A will assign a team with the right blend of

(CPAs), operations, law, human resources, procurement,
and information technology. Our business experience
enables us to clearly understand what the client wants
to do and to craft the outcomes accordingly.
Generally, we work at the client site. This helps us to
better understand the client environment and foster
working relationships with the client staff. It also
helps when preparing for implementation and the
associated change management.
