Phillip Pierce


Extensive experience in financial and information systems consulting, beginning with his career at an international public accounting firm. He is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s management and is actively involved in providing guidance in developing project strategy. He is also the primary Quality Assurance officer, reviewing all client deliverables.  

Tom Foster


Extensive experience serving a diverse range of clients in the public and private sector. Experience includes project management, requirements gathering, business process analysis, strategic planning, implementation planning, and system implementation.

Richard Walker

Accomplished, results-driven, senior accounting and financial management professional with years of progressive managerial experience in public accounting, higher education, government and financial, management and technology consulting. Mr. Walker has demonstrated ability to streamline business operations and increase bottom-line performance and efficiency.
